The PWP is a gathering of global citizens and thought leaders working toward the establishment of a democratic world parliament—an experiment in advancing humanity’s evolution toward unity, peace, and cooperative governance. Convened since 1982, the Parliament has produced model world legislation and nurtured dialogue across cultures, faiths, and nations. 

This vision closely parallels the trajectory described in The Urantia Book, where the natural progression of planetary civilization culminates in a federated world government dedicated to justice, equality, and the welfare of all. We believe it is vital that the Urantia perspective be present and heard in this forum.

Our four delegates bring diverse strengths, unified by a shared commitment to advancing the teachings and values of The Urantia Book:

• Aprilhelen, a second-generation student of the UB, public speaker, Art of Universal Language educator, service mentor, and has had a lifelong desire to be involved in the reformation of the United Nations. As an official Type 3 Delegate to the PWP, she represents the UB global community and Concentric Circles.
• Ryan Keith McGuire, a published author of Urantia-based secondary works and active public speaker, whose scholarship helps bridge revelation with contemporary challenges. As an official Type 3 Delegate to the PWP, he represents the UB global community and Urmia Institute, a new organization of UB students who share in the vision of revelatory world governance.
• Taylor Verser, a podcaster, videographer, and content creator, also a Urantia community representative at public booths, advocates for outreach to new and diverse audiences. Taylor’s artistry and communication skills will ensure our delegation’s participation is documented and shared widely. 
• Charles E. Lehner is a steadfast advocate who has represented the Urantia community at countless public events and interfaith gatherings, consistently engaging the public with dedication and sincerity.
